He is a member of the Academy for Health Care Marketing and a renowned lecturer and consultant worldwide on organizational management, team building and resourcing, internal and external marketing, consumer behavior and greater personal achievement.

Bill Nolan

President, Williams Group Practice Transitions

Bill Nolan is a graduate of Creighton University and studied Accounting and Finance at St. Louis University and Marquette University. He has been in practice management consulting with Williams Group since 1989. Bill is a well-known lecturer in the industry and has presented at all of the major optometric venues in the United States, Canada, and Australia on staff management, optometric business finance, and organizational management. He also extensively consults on practice transitions and exit/entry strategies for practice ownership. Additionally, he has published a variety of articles on these subjects in national optometric journals.

Jobe Sellers

Vice President and General Manager of ADO Practice Solutions

Jobe has extensive experience in operations, staff & practice management and program development. Over the course of his 25 years in the optical industry, his roles included General Manager at corporate retail locations and COO at a large independent eye care practice. He is responsible for overseeing  future growth initiatives at ADO Practice Solutions that include the development and implementation of member programs that give the ECP’s the means to save money and time so they can focus on the most important aspects of their practice and enhance the services to their patients.

Jobe’s overall vision and scope for ADO’s programs as well as his ability to develop relationships and inspire trust led to the development of The ADO Member Program. The program allows for the ECP to maintain complete control of their practice while they receive the maximum vendor discounts and access to the exclusive core benefits and practice management programs to ensure that as a member the ECP will be profitable, be organized and remain independent.

Within 6 years of inception, membership has grown to 871 members and for the last 4 consecutive years, ADO has seen more than a 30% increase in purchase growth. Jobe is a graduate of Iowa State University with a B.S. in Psychology.
