Cast your net wider for a unique corporate experience.

Bored with the board room? Looking for a venue that revitalizes?

Whether you’re searching for an incentive for your sales team; looking to schedule some face-to-face time with your best customers; or gathering your shareholders, board members or leadership team for a strategy summit, Eagle Lake Island Lodge is the cure for the common corporate retreat.

We own the premier lodge on Eagle Lake, a world-class fishing lake in northwest Ontario. Our private island offers top-notch accommodations, all-inclusive amenities and a fully customizable experience.

We’re the ideal destination for an off-the-grid adventure that mixes work and plenty of play.

CREATIVE SPACES

While we offer conventional meeting places and classroom settings, we highly recommend getting out of your comfort zone.

Tie your boats together for a brainstorm session on the water. Jig for walleye while planning how to land the next big project. Get your creative juices flowing in our lodge bar, outdoor deck, or dining room - all of which have a million dollar lakefront view. Lead a class around the campfire. Such environments foster improved communication, team building, and stronger relationships.

Eagle Lake is famous for its muskie fishing, and there are plenty of other trophy fish lurking beneath the surface, including walleye, northern, musky, smallmouth bass and lake trout. Pursue these lunkers in one of our premium 17.5 to 19-foot vee boats featuring 50 or 60 horsepower motors or your own vessel.

First-time anglers, fear not. We’re happy to provide a guide and whatever else you need to get out on the water with a pole in your hand.
